Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Roseville, CA (travel to commercial properties in the area)

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle general maintenance and repairs: painting, carpentry, plumbing, and janitorial work.
  • Inspect commercial properties and address safety or maintenance concerns.
  • Complete assigned work orders efficiently and communicate updates with management.
  • Travel between multiple local commercial sites (mileage reimbursed).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in building maintenance, property services, or similar fields.
  • Dependable transportation (truck preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
