Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Sacramento, CA (travel to nearby commercial properties)

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance, repairs, and inspections across our commercial properties. This is a field-based position with daily variety and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform light maintenance and repairs including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and janitorial work.
  • Inspect properties and address maintenance or safety issues.
  • Complete work orders promptly and communicate with tenants and management.
  • Travel between sites using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

Qualifications

  • Experience in building or property maintenance preferred.
  • Reliable transportation (truck preferred).
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
